Allevyn Adhesive is soft and conformable for easy and secure application over wounds on awkward, difficult to dress areas. Allevyn Adhesive has proven especially useful dressing wounds over the coccyx area.
An Allevyn Adhesive dressing will absorb up to 4 times the wound exudate absorbed by a similar size hydrocolloid dressing, making it an exceptionally cost-effective dressing option.
The non-sensitizing adhesive will hold the dressing securely yet remove easily without leaving any dressing residue when a dressing change is performed.
Indicated for moderately draining wounds, Allevyn Adhesive is covered with a bacteria proof, waterproof film to protect against feces and urine.
