Adherence
LyphaZomes are engineered with a slight anionic charge which improves adherence to the skin after application.

Penetration
Fountain LyphaZomes are uniformly sub-cellular in size and penetrate the skin intact without harmful effects to the protective oils and waxes. Generally, penetration of active agents is significantly improved.

Localization
LyphaZomes penetrates into the stratum corneum, carrying active agents and water. They localize in gradation within the stratum corneum, releasing actives over time. Upon release of active agents and water, the stratum acts as a reservoir for delivery.

Sustained Release
Once localized in the stratum corneum, LyphaZomes deliver active agents and water over time. Release of active agents from LyphaZomes is a result of natural osmotic changes occuring within the skin

Moisturization
Because water is a major component of LyphaZomes, active agents are delivered with the added bonus of moisturization. Since dryness is a factor in many skin conditions, LyphaZomes offer patients dual benefits in treatment.
